Refund policy

We have spent countless hours in researching and hand-selecting the products and brands we carry so that what you buy from us is of the highest standards and at the best prices.

But we also know that no two people have the same skin, so what we like and works for us may not always work for you. That's why we proudly offer an unconditional 30-day return policy. If you don't like the product you purchased from us, send it back and we'll refund you or send you something else. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shop@lassomen.com first to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief description on why you want to return the item as your feedback is important to us -- it helps us make future decisions on purchasing the item.

Please note that we recommend a trackable shipping method when sending back a return and, in most cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Returns will need to be sent to the following address but only when a return has been approved by us:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain products might not be returnable. These products will have messaging displayed on their product pages. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some sale items (clearance, closeout, or final sale) or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have once your return has been approved, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In some cases, we may expedite a product exchange or replacement when the received product or shipment is damaged.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and confirmed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
